EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) is a polymer derived from styrene, made up of 98% air. It is resistant, light, stackable, insulating, protective and hygienic, its excellent capacity to absorb energy makes it ideal to protect any type of content, has a reduced thermal conductivity thanks to its closed cellular structure, and its closed-cell structure allows it not to absorb humidity and thus neutralise nutrients for germs and bacteria. EPS is widely used as packaging, in construction as well as a component.
